He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy; and his grandchild Kayel. He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Terry, Christina and Johnny; and his grandchildren, TJ, Shay, Brad, Mikhaela, Jacob, Michaela, Brady, Candace and LeShar. He is also survived by his 22 great grandchildren.
