He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harris and Madeline Harris; and his father-in-law Alan Garbutt. He is survived by: his spouse Darlene Harris; his children, Jim, Sherry Stenhouse (Michael), Mike, David, Tyler (Sara) and Amber Coultas (Richard); his siblings, Paul (Cecilia), Bobby (Susan), Alvin, Joan Pothier and Iva Boudreau; his mother-in-law Marilyn Garbutt; and his sister-in-law Debbie Hook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Frank, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association.
