He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen; his girlfriend Karen Coleman Gregory; his children, Mike Whibbs (Tara) and Mary Kate Whibbs (Crystal Nadalin); and his granddaughter Bridget.
In memory of Joe and in lieu of flowers, donations to the PRHC Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
