Joyce Virginia Poulsen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Virginia Poulsen (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William McGinnis and Isabella McGinnis; and her brother Malcolm McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Michael Michener (Diane Finn) and Alexandra Michener (Terry O'Leary); her stepdaughters, Christel Freiger-Poulsen (George Cloutier) and Lottie Freiger-Poulsen; and her grandchildren, Simon and Nicolina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Do to the current pandemic, a service will be planned at a later date.

In honour of Joyce, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by her family.
