She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. Michael Bennett; her parents, Aleksander Bush and Salme Bush; and her brother Gustav Bush. She is survived by: her boyfriend Paul Dusten; her son Paul Kalupnieks; her brother Peter Bush; her sibling's children, Martin, Susan, Jennifer, James and Lucy; her granddaughters, Sarah and Kate; and also, Cheryl (Rob) and Greg (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home (431 Christina St S, Sarnia, ON N7T). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (431 Christina St S, Sarnia, ON N7T). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery (1190 Glen Allen Dr, Sarnia, ON N7V3N5).
