We bid farewell to Karl Gleason of Peterborough, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 19, 2025 at the age of 64. Karl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Karl may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Gleason, Melissa Gleason and Ryan Gleason; his former wife Wendy Parker; his cousin Laura Gloin; his family Ryan Preston; and his grandchildren, Greyson Gleason, Francine Morales Uy (Zee), Scarlet De Brum and Evelyn De Brum. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home (840 Armour Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H2A2).
Donations in Karl's memory may also be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association - Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge.
