He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Christine Anderson of Apsley, Greg (Norah Montgomery) of Peterborough, David Montgomery, Colleen Hughes of Hastings, Penny Montgomery and Peter Abrams of Cardiff; his parents, Ethel and Cecil (Montgomery); and his siblings, Beverly, Joe, Diane, Ron, Don and Mary. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Highland Park Cemetery (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
