He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Annie and Frank Albert Whiting; and his siblings, Frank, Pamela, Anthony, Raymond, Carole, Gordon and Diane.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughter Bonnie Denton; his grandchildren, Mark, Michael, Craig Thelander and Teri McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Brian, Paul and Daniel McIntosh; his sons, Christopher Scott Whiting, Kenneth Lawrence Whiting Jr., Shaun and Tim; and his sister Gwendolyn.
