Kestrel Angel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kestrel Angel (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth De Young; his girlfriend Nicole Bruce; his mother Katherine Dowsett; his stepfather Kenneth Leinen; his father William De Young; and his siblings, Frank Dowsett, Grace Lockhart (Travis) and Heather Dowsett (Luke Wodnisky).

Kestrel was passionate about supporting mental health and, if desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
