He is survived by: his wife Annie (Sikma); his children, Duane (Steph), Jennifer McMillan, Jake (Kate) and Daniel (Mel); his grandchildren, Valena, Anna, Ella, Lila, Hugh, Ethan, Bodhi and Emmy; his sister Jacquie Hansford (Joe Boyd); and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Sikma (Nellie) and Eddie Sikma (Dianne).
