She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Charles O'Neil; her siblings, Albert, Dorothy, Marietta, Eleanor, Theresa, Leroy and Marlene; and her friend Donald J. Marr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Jobe (Gary) and Heather Mullin (Dennis); her grandchildren, Rick Jobe (Carolyn), Tracy McCabe, John Sims (Eileen), Lori Giles and Nathan Sims (Rhianna); and her siblings, Melvin, Faye and Glenn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In memory of Lil, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would greatly appreciated.
