He was predeceased by: his parents, David Starke and Letty Starke; and his brother Arnold Starke. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Brian and Leslie; his grandchildren, Keelan and Kenzie; and his siblings, Tom Starke (Muriel) and Marion Thomas. He is also survived by Uncle Lloyd will be missed by his nieces and nephews.
