He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Girard; his children, Michelle Martignetti (Michael), Danielle Rylance (Josh) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Zoe, Jack, Ivy and Ace; and his siblings, Vida Martin, Edward Girard (Donna) and Kenneth Girard (Sandra). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
