He is survived by: his wife Mary (Mason); his siblings, Sandra (Ronnie), Susan (Ron) and Rick; and his granddaughter Julia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lyle's memory may be made to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre in support of the palliative care unit.
