She was predeceased by: her husband Don Christie; her brother Jim Smith; her son-in-law Blaine Barrons; her brother-in-law Bernard Christie (Charlie); and her parents, Joseph Smith and Loretta Lynch.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Christie, Michael (Michelle) and Barbara Barrons; her grandchildren, Kayla Wrightly, Kyle Wrightly, Reanna Christie, Cody, Tyler Barrons, Abigail and Blaine Barrons; and her siblings-in-law, Helen McMahon (Ernie), Vince Christie (Diane), Joan Crowley (late Bill), Anne Chase (late Doug), Marie Snetsinger (Don), Mamie Jackson (Paul) and Kathy Christie (late Frank).
