She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Condon; her brothers, Jim and John Fay; and her parents, James Fay and Kathleen Hagen.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Toms (Garry), Jeff (Rhonda), Chris (Anne-Marie) and Mike; her grandchildren, Gary Toms, Ashley Brooks (Brad), Ryan Condon (Emily), Laura Condon (Justin), Samantha Cannataro, Grand, Lilah and Sophia Brooks; and her sibling Hughie Fay (Carole).

In memory of Elizabeth, and in lieu of flowers, donations to PRHC or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
