Marilyn Joyce Strong Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Joyce Strong (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George McCulloch and Vivian Butler; her siblings, Mary, Barbara, Muriel, Ralph, Alma and George; and her brother-in-law Bob.
She is survived by : her husband Philip Strong; her daughters, Brenda Himmelman, Anne Hoppe, Susan Bowes (Andrew) and Karen Strong; her grandchildren, Tracey, Brian, Rachel, Allison, Joshua, Adam, Megan and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Peyton.
A Graveside Service will be held at Little Lake Cemetery, 915 Haggart Street, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. In memory of Marilyn, donations to Hope Valley Day Camp would be greatly appreciated by the family, and can be made below.
