He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his parents, Adrianus and Wilhelmina; and his siblings, Wim, Gerda and Corry.
He is survived by: his daughter Josée; his grandchildren, Michael (Gloria) and Alexandra (Vladimir); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Austin, Amelia, Mason and Finley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
