It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Johnston (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Mark; her parents, Herb Rose and Florence Rose; and her brother George of Wapoos. She is survived by: her husband Ross Johnston of Peterborough; her daughter Nancy; her son-in-law David McMurray; her grandchildren, Meghan (Corey) and Ali (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Jack and Charlie. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In Mary's memory, donations to Five Counties Children's Center and the Alzheimer's Society, would be appreciated by the family.
