We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2026, at the age of 80, Michael Doris (Peterborough, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Doris and Joan Doris (Tees); and his sister Mary (Murray Jordison). He is survived by: his wife Jane (Johnston); his grandchildren, Liam, Zach (Eve), Ben, Kate and Andrew; his siblings, Joanne (Murray Hawman), Jane (Bob Martin), Maureen (Terry Wells) and Dan (Cynthia Doris); and his brothers-in-law, John and Tom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
Memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Care Unit at PRHC, Hospice Peterborough or the charity of your choice.
