He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Crowell (late Cliff); his parents, Wilfrid Girard (Fid) and Mary Carveth; his brother-in-law Bill Brioux; and his father-in-law Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Brioux (Sue); his brothers, Wayne Girard (Carole) and Frank Girard; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Brioux (Mary), Dave Brioux (Ilene), Anne Carter (Brian) and Jayne Hunt (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
