He is survived by: his father Michael Anthony Berardi; his siblings, Kirk and Tara Gordon (Todd); his children, Christopher Crawford, Felicia Berardi, Merrill, Michael A. Berardi Jr. and James Berardi (Ocean); his brother James Berardi; and his daughter Sada-Marie.
