We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2022, at the age of 90, Muriel Monahan of Peterborough, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Joseph (Bud); her parents, Henry Rome and Annie Phillips; and her siblings, Amelia Huggins (Gordon), Evelyn Brockley (Art), Barbara McIlmoyle (Ivan), Shirley Jamieson (Buck), Margaret Pulcine (Harry) and George Rome (Jean).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Branscombe (Rod), Robert Monahan (late Barb), Patti Harding (Tom), Susan Brown (Tom) and Deanna Ellis (Steve); her grandchildren, Amy, Lesley (Paul), Kyle (Kelley), Justin, Angela, Brian (Melissa), Brittany, Jordon (Manda) and Madison (Omar); her great grandchildren, Tanner, Trent, Elizabeth and Connor; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Bertrand (Jack), Carl Monahan, Priscilla Radey and Karen Monahan.
In memory of Muriel, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Joseph's at Fleming Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
