He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Charmaine Eddy; his son Gabriel Hart Slater-Eddy; his daughter-in-law Emma Whitehouse; his granddaughter Birdie; his brothers, Michael James Slater of London and Ronald John Slater of Sudbury; his sister-in-law Helen Jeanette Dodge (Steve) of Paris; and his nieces and nephews, Emma McFarland and Ollie McFarland.
