She was predeceased by: her parents, William John Hayes and Mary Cecelia; her brother Wayne Joseph; and her in-laws, Joe Collins (Marg), Bill Collins (Barb), Carl Collıns, Leo Collins, Bobby Collins and Marie Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Collins; her children, Mary-Teresa (Steve Smelt) and Douglas (Sarah); her grandchildren, Paige (Max), Landon, Tori, Michael and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Theo and Briar. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations Peterborough Regional Health Centre or Toronto General Hospital Transplant Unit would be appreciated by the family.
