He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Armstrong and Mary Armstrong of Guelph. He is survived by: his wife Teresa of Peterborough; his stepchildren, Alex Talwood (Susan), Janis O'Heron (Greg), Heather Meagher (Paul) and Paul Melcher (Emilia); his uncle Ron; and his nephew Justin.
