With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Cremers (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Rick (Sherie). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Tammy McCabe (Todd), Jamie Cremers and Dana Lyn Horn (Graeme); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Elliot and Oliver; and his siblings, Ed (Cathy), Yvonne Weaver (Don), Audrey Cruikshank (Dean) and Peter (Darlene).

Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
