He is survived by: his wife Dawn Macklin; his children, Julie Macklin Fry (Eric), Leslie Macklin Bolo (Rob) and Ted Macklin (Dawn); his grandchildren, Avery, Emmy, Tristen, Christian, Tyler, Chelsea and Sebastian; and his siblings-in-law, John Hallett and Mary Hallett (Neil Arnold). He is also survived by his niece, nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives, friends, coworkers.
