He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morris (Bill) and Mary Morris; and his sister-in-law Marlene. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Morris (Ken) and Melanie Race (Steve); his granddaughter Abigail Race; and his brothers, Doug Morris and Peter Morris (Marilyn). He is also survived by his nieces, extended family members and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
