It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pauline Yvonne Cook (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Reginald Cook; her children, Karen Calder (Jamie), Denise Cochrane (Shawn), Louise Cook (Nolan Bertussi) and Tracey Sharma (Vishal); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Calder (Tyrell Seville), Brad Calder, Owen Cochrane and Keenan Cochrane; and her great grandchild Rose Yvonne Seville. She is also survived by extended family in Canada and the UK, and many friends.

In honour of Pauline, donations to the Cancer Research Institute would be greatly appreciated by her family.
