She was predeceased by: her spouse Vern Grady; her children, Karen Barry and Denis; her grandchildren, Michelle Barry-Washer (Graham), Carolyn Allder (Jim), Sara, Torre (Chris), Rosie Grady, Matt Grady and Lora Grady; her great grandchildren, Emma, Aiden, Grace, Leah, Hazel, Isaiah, Ben, Micah, Noah, Theo and Juno; her brothers, Sonny Johnson (Marie), LeRoy Johnson (late Margaret), Gary and Frank Johnson (Beverly); and her parents, Walter Johnson and Doris Hawkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Cheryl) and Peter (Brenda); and her sister Lois Martell (late Bob).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, Bensfort Rd (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church (208 Romaine St, Peterborough, ON K9J2C3).
In her memory, donations to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank would be appreciated by her family.
