He is survived by: his grandchildren, Daniel and Nyomi; his siblings, Gordon Savage (Anne) and Wendy Savage (Pen); his siblings' children, Nevin and Victoria Densham; his friend Gunther Reker (Rose Wyatt); his wife Joan Johnston; his son Rod Johnston (Diane); and his grandchildren, Morgan and Adam.
