He is survived by: his close friend Terry Freeburn; his children, Travis Mackenzie (Julie Hiltz), Donald Church, Lisa Bodnaryk (Ian) and Ashley-Anne Church; his grandchildren, Shelby Mackenzie, Samantha Church, Logan Hiltz (Sarah), Wyatt Church, Kaleb Hiltz, Jordan Hiltz, Jazzmin Mackenzie, Steph Bodnaryk, Tyler Bodnaryk, Avery-Kole Church and Kyleigh-Anne Reid; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Ella and Olivia; and his sister Elaine Church. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
