He was predeceased by: his parents, Irva Emily Pearson Ford and Arthur Llewellyn Ford; his former wives, Judith Annabel Saint (Judy) and Alfreda Crisell Johnston (Freddie); and his daughters, Tamara Suzan Ford and Lorel Shawn Ford.

He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Ford Ricketts (David Ricketts) and David Park Ford (Christel Wiens Ford); his children, D. Douglas Rennie, Lori Rennie (Joe Fournier) and Allan Rennie (Tracey Kelley); his grandchildren, Gillian-Rae Fournier, Marina Rennie, Rachael Rennie and Bethany Rennie; his daughter Cynthia Johnston-Turner (Peter Turner); his wife Brenda Horner; and his children, Darryl Ford (Wendy Kostiuk), Brittany Anne Ford, Cody Wray Ford (Paula Lettiere) and Eslyn Adeline Ford.
