He is survived by: his spouse Diny Kraayvanger; his children, Marietta Casey (late Richard), John (Victoria) and Peter (Sherry); his grandchildren, Megan, Leanne (Ryan), Ryan (Alison), Laura (Matthew), Jayme and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Harlyn and Conner; and his siblings, Ria Vissers (late Bert), Betsy, Dora, Gerda and Reik.
