He was predeceased by: his brother David Manley; his mother-in-law Dorothy Jewell; and his parents, Derwyn Manley and Ruth Turbill. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jewell; his children, Stephen (Wendy Irish) and Robbie (Sin Man Hui); his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Chase Irish (Kaitlyn) and Brooke Irish (James O'Hara); his great grandchildren, Sierra and Jaxon O'Hara; his brother Frank (Donna); his brother-in-law Bryan Jewell; his father-in-law Norman Jewell; and his nieces, Lee-Anne, Tammy and Tabitha.

In memory of Philip, donations to PRHC would be appreciated by the family.
