He was predeceased by: his sister Maureen. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Alicia (Albert) and Phillip Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Damian, Alexandra and Olivia; his sister Doreen; and his niece Debbie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
