She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; and her siblings, Melvin Valliant (Sasha), Joyce Armour (Victor) and Robin Barnes. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Scott and Nancy Stewart (David); and her grandchildren, Lindsay Stewart and John Stewart. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and their children.

Donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to St. John's Anglican Church Peterborough.
