He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Denault and Rita Denault; his siblings, Nancy Hopkins, Geravin (Mary) and Rodney Denault; and his parents-in-law, Carl and Connie.

He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Preston, Dolly, Connie (Steve) and Cliff; his grandchildren, Shannann, Justyne, Jayson, Michael, Jake, Searra and Madison; his great grandchildren, Evangeline, Amelia and Aubrey; and his siblings, Shirley Biedermann (Jimmy), Giles "Tiny" Denault and Lloyd Denault (Dianne). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
