He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Princess Maxwell and Martha Palmquist. He is survived by: his parents, Don Maxwell and Sherry Maxwell; his siblings, Jon, Stacy, Tamara (Tommy), Chris, Bethany and Tanner; and his nieces, Courtney, Laelah and Tala. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
