He was predeceased by: his sister Myrna. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Peter, Bradley (Stacey) and Jana Hall (Jon Mitchell); his grandchildren, Max, Austin, Cassandra, Samantha, Henry, Grace and Isla; and his siblings, Harry, Ron, Bobby and Joyce.
