Reta Irene Hartwell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2022, at the age of 99, Reta Irene Hartwell (Peterborough, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Victor; her son Robert Hartwell; her granddaughter Meaghan Hartwell Kerr; her parents, Ethel Polk and Lester Polk of Port Elmsley, ON.; and her sisters, Mildred Armstrong (Polk) and Lillian Pearl Polk.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Hartwell, Douglas Hartwell, Deborah Murphy and Susan Lang (Tom); her daughter-in-law Barb Hartwell; her grandchildren, Richard Windeyer (Kim), Jonathan Windeyer (Janet), Jennifer Paulus (Ralph), Ryan Hartwell, Jacob Lang (Brittany) and Jessica Lang; and her great grandchildren, Dax Windeyer, Ryder Paulus, Remy Kerr, Otis Kerr, Samuel Lang and Oliver Lang. She is also survived by her many Nieces and Nephews.
Interment at Highland Park Cemetery, Peterborough ON; followed by a Reception in The Parish Hall of St. John's Church. (COVID protocol: Masks are optional).
