He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Black of Glasgow and Mae Black of Douro, Ontario.; his son Scott Andrew Black; and his siblings, John "Jack" Black, Alma McGregor, Jean Scott and Helen Crampton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sam" Black; his children, David Black (Julie), James Black (Liisa), Carol Howard and Kristy Black; his grandchildren, Alexander (Kayla), Emily (Joe), Brianna, Zoey and Kaleb; his brothers-in-law, Jack Friesen (Barbara) and Kevin Friesen (Ghislaine); his extended family, Wendy, Ben and Adrian; and his pet Bentley.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Bob's memory are invited to make a donation to a charity of their choice.
