He is survived by: his sons, Allan (Paulette) and Mike (Liz); his grandchildren, Cole (Shayla), Clairissa (Tyson), Courtney (Daman) and Layla; his great grandchildren, Isaiah and Jordan; and his caregivers, Bonnie, Trish, Tonya, Dr. Mallory, Dr. Webster, Dr. Blake and Dr. Richards. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters and extended family and friends.
