He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulligan and Marion Mulligan. He is survived by: his children, Katelyn (Nick), Jonathan (Emma), Kyle and David (Sara); his granddaughter Clara; his siblings, Peggy, Michael (Rob), Colleen (Steve), Brian (Rose) and Laura (Paul); his siblings' children, Christina, Amy, Amanda, Milissa, Eve, Samuel and Isaac; his friend Paul Johnston (PJ); Finnegan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duffus Funeral Home (431 George St S, Peterborough, ON K9J3E2). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Duffus Chapel (431 George St S, Peterborough, ON K9J3E2).
