He was predeceased by: his parent Doreen Shaughnessy. He is survived by: his parent Dominic O'Keefe; his siblings, Jim O'Keefe (Diane) of Peterborough and Anne Berger (Tom) of Ladner, B. C; and his uncle Bobby of Mary. He is also survived by many friends and cousins.
