He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Priscilla Harris-Lowe (Percy); his mother Aileen; his sister Elizabeth (Sandy); and his sons, Paul (Maureen), Kevin (Joy), Keith (Simone) and David (Jan). He was also cherished by grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
