It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roy Walter Appleton (Peterborough, Ontario), born in East York, Ontario, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Appleton (Garrett) and Walter Appleton; his wife Shelly (Huestis); his daughters, Vicki (Pedro) and Kelly; and his grandchildren, Lucie, Piper and Holly.

Although Covid made visits a challenge, his eyes would smile when presented with photos and videos of Lucie, Piper and Holly.
