She is survived by: her husband Roger; her daughters, Zoe and Sienna; her friends, Kendra Sutton and Shawn Faris; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Martin (Adrian), Tim Switzer (Robyn), Debbie Moore and June Nichols (Jamie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Finally, the family would like to thank all of Sam's friends and co-workers who supported them over the last 20 months and made navigating her illness during a global pandemic feel slightly less difficult.
