She was predeceased by: her parent Bill. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kim) and Kevin (Heather); her grandchildren, Rachel, Cole, Haylee, Mikayla and Lane; her parent May Fields; her siblings, Heather and Robbie; and her siblings' children, Rebecca, Ryan, Tyler and Trevor.
